I started at six degrees salon on bow street in Portsmouth. They are always educating themselves and are clean, current, and the views of the decks while your color processes overlooks the harbor and Moran tugboats. Jessica Todd was my stylist there before she branched out. I'm back with them due to budget! Six degrees is a "No tip" salon and you pay what they charge! That's it! So easy!!

Tammy F. replied:
Im not sure many people know that cosmetologists have level ratings depending on skill/service level and you are looking for a "Master". I am assuming thats why you stated "master" not just meaning "super good"? Believe it or not, JCPenney used to have quite a few "master" level stylists, Kim was the best. Many years ago, though. I would call Salon Centrix in Newington. Its a "to the professional only" supply store. My Mother is a semi retired stylist on Lake Winnipesauki and goes there for supplies ( great perks for me!). Call them and they may have a recommendation. The mgr (I think her name is Sue) is super helpful and knowledgeable. Good luck!
Tammy F. replied:
Saloncentric 436-0469 not salon centrix. But anyway, ask them. They are across from Fox Run Mall on the Mens Warehouse side, industrial looking building.
