Call Catt Co Dept of Health, they have restaurant business guidelines. I would make an appointment and speak to someone in person. Look at your proposed menu, that will determine what restaurant equipment that you may need. That place on 12 th is darling, love those drop/barn lights that hang off of the front.:)
