We had M&D Appliance come look at our dryer yesterday and I highly recommend them. They were available within 1 day, had good communication leading up to the appointment, their technician, Emily, was knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision (parts alone cost as much as a new appliance) and she answered all of my questions. She provided her card and offered to answer any other questions via phone or email if I came up with more. Their price was reasonable for an initial appointment/diagnosis visit.
