I'm a tile contractor but I'm more posting to just PLEASE make sure that whatever tile guy/shop/contractor you pick actually knows what they're doing. I'm the bearer of bad news multiple times every month with failed tile jobs. My friend Chris Bloomfield just tore our a brand new shower that was built completely wrong and would have caused thousands in damage if it was used (improper shower pan). There's multiple quality installers who can and will do a good job. I'd recommend Craig Gurney Jr. at Silver Bo Stone, Jack Holt of Holt Interiors, Terry Hoppus (as mentioned above) Stonehenge (Brian something or other), Creative Countertops (Scott Austin and crew).

Staff is rude and unknowledgeable. They don't complete the job either. If you have house insurance and they send them out, refuse service and ask your insurance to send someone else. Trust me on this one.
