It depends on what you need the therapy for. I’ve been to most places over the years for various problems. Good PT’s specialize their ongoing education so if it were me I’d be looking at each posted bio to find the right fit. If it’s anything spine related get a McKenzie Institute trained PT like Elias Cook at KPT Poulsbo or Steve at KPT Silverdale, which is in my opinion the best overall facility in the area.

Kara Bermensolo at Kitsap Physical Therapy (adjacent to the Doctors Clinic) in Poulsbo is terrific. She worked with my daughter for just over a year (first we tried PT to avoid surgery and then after surgery she did PT to regain strength) and Kara worked with my daughter every step of the way. She designed a program custom tailored to my daughter's specific injury (obviously) while also keeping the needs and demands of her particular sport in mind. She pushed her when she needed to be pushed and got K through some really tough spots. Highly recommend her!

Harrison Pediatric Rehabilitation in Silverdale (my daughter receives OT services there and we also have United as secondary insurance). There was a waiting list to get Occupational Therapy, I don't know if there is for Physical Therapy, but once we got off the waiting list, we've been really happy with them.

Personally I have only used the ones at Kingston Kitsap Physical Therapy but can recommend pretty much any of them in the office. I have had multiple joint replacements and injuries and have been treated by several.
