The Dry Cleaners on the left coming out of Poulsbo before you hit Bond Road (Sorry can't remember the name of place) but if you go there and ask them he will give you the number to a lady that does great work and deffinalty doesn't charge arm and leg. She did my wedding dress and at the time I was 8 months pregnant so she had to extend it and it still looked beautiful...... Hope that made since and helps..:-)
