Palmetto Pediatrics is the only practice with a special needs coordinator, Kim Conent, for its patients (as far as I know). They are a very proactive practice as well. They don't take the "wait and see" approach. They are good about referring to other specialists if needed.

Depending on your location, I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Kyle Guyton at Lake Murray Pediatrics or Dr. Luke Bonnett at Chapin Pediatrics, PA. Both are godly men and go above and beyond as pediatricians. Also, nurses and staff at both practices are wonderful. Your children will be loved and cared for at either place. Dr. Thomas at Sandhills Peds is AMAZING!!! My daughter was seeing Dr. Guyton at Lexington Peds and was not being treated properly and he was not very informative... It was not a good experience for me; had several others say the same with their own experiences there... But as soon as we switched pediatrician to Sandhills my daughter has been healthy ever since!! I would recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone!!!!

Palmetto Associates Trey Castles by far. Love the practice and our doctor. You can always reach a nurse to ask a question and not have to leave a message. Also, my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia last year and unlike many of the people that we met, we found out the first time that I took her in because they have an in house lab. I am a little partial:)
That link.does not work. I switched my son to Dr Porter at Enfield Pediatrics when I thought something was wrong and his Dr said I was nuts...I was right. They're great there. Open 730-7 alot of days. Open . Saturday. Friendly people

Dr Porter. He has seen us through a lot! I would recommend meeting with the different choices and getting a feel for who you are comfortable with. That makes a big difference!

I agree with Bethany. Dr Hoberman is awesome as well as all the other doctors associated with pioneer valley pediatrics. Their night time on call service is great too. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a call back and they are very helpful and polite.

Whatever you do, don't go anywhere near Dr. Fitzpatrick in Bolton. He was my family doctor as a child and he's the biggest quack ever! He let me walk around with pertussis and bronchitis for 9 months, and when I kept going back, begging for help, he threw free allergy medication samples at me. >.<

from my sister - We go to Highlands Integrative Pediatrics at I-25 and 20 th. I love it! They do not have 365 visits. I have heard good things about Arvada Pediatrics and there is an office in Broomfield. I don't know much else about Broomfield pediatricians.

The boys and I see Jama Ross, NP at Asthma & Allergy Affliates. Dr.Ellenburg is the primary but we usually just see Jama. Not sure if they take that but if they do she's great at finding the meds that have very low co-pays. The boys have been going for about 17 years & when I needed to start going Jama suggested I just stay with them because she knew the family history. her
