My wife and I got married at the Yard Resort - incredible place! Plenty of space, amazing catering options, etc etc. It's been around only for a couple of years so not many people know it (yet), but we got a very affordable rate on the rental as we were one of the first weddings they did. I think they are still very reasonable, though, and their space has many dispositions and options. Www.yardresort.cz

I'm a guitarist, but not what you are looking for:), but anyways I wanted to mention a solo-guitar-singer that impressed me, and might match your request, is the guy who sings in Irish Bar "George and Dragon " in Old town Square, he is both a great singer and good guitarist (not common to find) . I was just at Prague Beer Museum at Nam. Miru. They tend to book good music. Blues (blusey) is a common theme.

Park Cafe (north end of Kamenicka at Gerstnerova by Stromovka park entrance) is now booking small groups just about weekly - nice, intimate venue with some great brews and noshes.

Hook up with George Pacurar he knows his way around music Prague. There's open mic nights as well !
