The first lady they sent to me was not great. I've talked to Andrea about her and she was changed without any delay. The second lady was AMAZING. Very decent, punctual, professional and just a great person. Sometimes when for some reason she couldn't come, they would send me another girl, who was also fantastic - quick and thorough. I didn't have to explain/show things twice. In short, I had a very good experience with them and can highly recommend Clean & co.
