Jennifer - I am the former owner of the Firehouse Kitchen and I also have baked for 30+ years. Depending on what kind of cake you want, I can do it by Friday. Not bragging, but I make the best chocolate and carrot cake ever (at least that is what people tell me). PM to discuss or call 928-710-7208

I also came across this. Add Base Mix to raw meat. http://www.urbanwolf.cc/ProductGuide.htm

Call Perkinsville Meat Processors in Chino Valley. They may have raw organ meats, but they butcher other people's livestock. Not a regular shop, from what I hear.
I’m going to phoneix and was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy meat packs? Thank you

Not sure exactly what you are looking for but Double Check is always at the Downtown Public Market on Saturday and usually have a good selection of their local beef available. http://phxpublicmarket.com/openair/this-week-at-the-market
