I have had great experiences with Journey Real Estate. They are incredibly helpful with finding you the place that fits you best. I have worked with them as a renter and now they manage one of my homes that I rent out. Super sweet ladies and very professional.

If you want to get someone to cater to what you really want and are very knowledgable in what they are doing http://www.assetrealtyproperties.com/ The owner got sick of working for rude ppl who dont know what they are doing so she opened Asset realty just recently. So its not a large company. Local small who will go the extra mile.

I used to own RAM Enterprises. The problem with all agencies is that inventory is so low that there's nothing to rent. We bought a triplex and lived in the main unit for a year and manage them ourselves. I put an ad on Craigslist and find a tenant within a day or two. Landlords check public records, credit, ownership/tenancy and verifiable income. RAM manages 4 units for us and we live here!

Do not go through Realty Consultants! They are horrible landlords. We rented through them when we moved up here and didn't check their reviews. It was an awful experience. They rented a home to us that was literally falling apart and when I tried to get them to come make repairs they refused, claiming scheduling problems.
