Vista Print online is really good. I have ordered from them before. Lets you design your own or pick from an pre existing layout. And they are very reasonable. $8 for 100 cards. And they get cheaper the more you buy.

Just as an aside - paying by the hour isn't usually cost effective or an effective way of determining value. Someone who has been doing it for 10 years can whip up some great brochures & ad postcards in 1 or 2 hours, and this same project could take someone inexperienced 25 hours. Same with websites and such. All that to say - if you know what you want (have an itemized list), submit it to various people for quotes. We have appreciated the professionalism and fair pricing at Concept Design. We've also had good luck with a couple independent web designers. Good luck:)
