Maybe it's not better shoes, but inserts. I had a lot of problems with my foot. My big toe was going numb. My doctor sent me to see Dr Farrance. The were awesome. It was expensive (365.)but worth the money I now have insoles that fit my feet. yes I went for 1 foot, but they look at both. https://www.ratemds.com/doctor-ratings/953480/Dr-Brian-Farrance-Prince+George-BC.html
Is there anywhere in PG that sells weight lifting specific shoes? Not looking for Converse at this time. :)

https://www.facebook.com/109956054974 Stride & Glide Sports helped me find some cross trainers that I've been using for weight training and I like them :) (also they were on a clearance rack and they showed those to me first, before their full price shoes... which constituted AWESOME customer service in my opinion!!)

I’ve used this cream with fabulous results I put it on and I know it sounds crazy but I put Saran Wrap over top and then a sock to hold it all together I put it on before bed and it’s a miracle how much it heals over night. My doctor told me about this cream it is behind the counter at superstore but does not require a prescription.

We use this. When my daughter was born she had extreme eczema and we literally bought everything creams and lotion and bath additive and then found this. The large tube is a cream and is about $36 and the smaller is an ointment. My little one skin would weep and bleed with eczema. Nothing worked except these two. Both at The Bay. We tried the vasoline, coconut oil, etc and all we had was an unhappy slippery baby. Love this stuff - we still use it now
