I strongly recommend Moxie Full Body Fitness. Lindsey Mullinax Mathews does customized meal planning. I have seen amazing results. http://moxiefullbody.com/coaching/

Cara Busson Clark!!! I have been doing one of her programs and have lost all my baby weight, started toning and I feel better than I ever have before! She focuses on lifestyle changes rather than quick fix diets-I LOVE her!!!

I've been seeing a nutritionist for 2 months now. I can send you some tips. They're pretty expensive though. If you want to do a bunch of stuff on your own, get this book. It has everything that you need to know. http://www.amazon.com/Clarks-Sports-Nutrition-Guidebook-5 th-Edition/dp/1450459935/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1394294754&sr=8-1&keywords=sports+nutrition
