In fairness, I think Keith is more of a plumber than a heating engineer. Seeing as Stephen Jewitt is on here and he's Stocksfield based, he's probably a good first port of call Cindy. Selena, Keith may prove good for you from a plumbing perspective....Get recommendations, get quotes...
