Does anyone know of a notary that isn't going to charge $800 pesos?

It is against the law for US notaries to work outside their jurisdiction, If you use a Mexican notary you will have to have the documents translated into Spanish. Your only LEGAL option is the Samantha at US Consulate. BTW the same fee is charged by US Consulate offices world wide and helps funds the consulate offices as the US Government DOES NOT!!

The fee was 50 usd when I last had one done in August. Samantha Mason984- 873-0303, playausca@gmail.com. She is opened 3 days a week MWF I think.
