I live in Kondhwa too and I found the Platinum RE people very amateurish. As I wrote above, I found Sadguru RE service centre (Hingane Khurd, off Sinhagad Road) quite proffessional with the owner, Mr. Umesh Pawar, the proprietor is himself a hands on mechanic. He fixed all the issues on my new TBTS 350.
