    Jackie, there is a woman up here in Buckley. I Kowloon it's a bit of a drive but really only about 20 minutes from church. She altered my oldest daughters wedding dress for $100 and has done a lot of work on dresses for us. She just altered a dress for Caroline that practically had to be taken apart to fit her and she only charged me $30. She does great work. Etta 360-829-9288
