In fact did the main and the ensuite which was a mess and needed 75% of the floor replaced as well as one wall and again all new ceramic topped vanity, mirror, glass shower screen, new ceramic toilet and floor and wall tiles. That was $9 k. Whole lot, both bathrooms and repairs done for $21 k. PM me and I'll give you the bloke's number. It's Fred Mannah's company (Tim Mannah from Parramatta Rugby League club's uncle). Great bloke, his tradies pick up after themselves. Always on time and did a very professional job...

We went to SE Timbers at Castle Hill and they had installers. It was a few years back now but full hardwood floors (finished) cost about $89 per sq m supplied and installed, from memory. Single story, 4 bedrooms, large lounge room, family room and kitchen.
