I love the DVR and being able to access it from any box in the house. My main box is 18 months old and keeps needing to be reset. Customer service calls for any reason are always an hour. Billing prices keep increasing. But I'm keeping it bc the DVR is worth it and Cox kept raising prices too.

Century Link is fine. No issues here. I think the negative remarks are from user error. Direct TV is a rip off like Verizon. Just get an antenna if you don't like TV providers. #EasySolution
