My guess is that will be a minimum 7 hour tattoo and most artists will charge per hour ($80-$120 from what I've seen). The ones that give a set price per piece I would not trust at all! I searched for two years to find an artist to fit my standards that's in the valley, I highly recommend talking to Nestor Murray at Rebellious Addiction.
