I typically work on my own cars but my family has work done by Mike at Asian Imports Garage. He takes really good care of them and even tells me when I should just go ahead and fix something myself since it will save me money. Recently he took a look at my sisters car, which has a few leaks, told me exactly what was wrong, and topped the fluids off at no charge. He treats his customers like friends and that's what I like about him. He's that hard to find honest mechanic. Here's a link to the yelp page for his business: http://www.yelp.com/biz/asian-imports-garage-rancho-cordova?utm_source=ishare

Jeffrey G. replied:
Gearhead garage, or brad over at American Iron. Brad is a small shop does excellent work but since his overhead is low I'd venture to say his hourly rate is lower
