Try booking.com I have always used these when not caravanning and never any problems I always notify hotel etc direct once booked just to clarify that I'm bringing dogs use to be Gsd and collie now 2 collies

King Court Hotel is just outside Redditch, they allow dogs in their outside rooms. Its not right next to the NEC, about 20 minutes / 30 minutes away

Holiday Inn at coventry. Russell Becque (obedience) normally makes a group booking at very good rates, three course dinner included in his deal. Dogs allowed in rooms and about a half an hour journey to the NEC rush.
