Since we've been talking about pets I figured I would throw out a bit of information I found helpful. When we moved into our current home 5 years ago I didn't think to...

One of mine has a Home Again chip but I couldn't figure out how to get my info on the site without paying the annual fee. Our other dog has an Avid micro chip and it was the same, a monthly or yearly membership. The BV Animal Hospital has scanned both, I'm not sure if they did anything with the info though.

Go to homeagain.com and put in the login and password that you set up when you registered the chip. The login should be your email address. Use the same email you had when you registered the chip. It should give you the chip number and dog's name. Click on "Manage Pet Profile" and update your info if needed. No need to pay the yearly fee if you don't want to. Your pet is still in the database whether you pay for the extra services or not. If this doesn't work or your pet was transferred to you by someone else, there's a number to call to get it all straightened out. Good luck.
