And as to USAA We checked into it because of my dad and we don't qualify cuz he never used it. They have to have it and then you can get it through them. Bill should get it...I think we've told him that before. Good luck!

I have been with state farm forever and now we've even save more since we got married and bought a home by bundling. My agents name is Saul Hernandez 916-962-1005 and he is the absolute most amazing guy and agent! He's always there to answer any of my questions and help me navigate through. Go with him and you won't be disappointed!

Totally understand BUT I truly think it's about your agent more than the company, as long as there half reputable. I went through 3 State Farm agents before finding the RIGHT one.

Nancy Gottess is a real estate attorney in town she's wonderful she's done all my evictions for years! Our mortgage company charged for homeowners insurance and then we had paid it thru our regular insurance and they flat out refused to pay me the $1100 policy back. It depends on who the mortgage company is a lot of them have a fraud hotline to contact. Let me know if you need phone numbers or advice
