Crafton hills College Child Development Center is wonderful. But you can't drop them off until 7 and they have to be picked up by 4. Not sure if those hours would work for you.

We take our son to Owen Family Daycare here in Redlands. Janeil and her daughter, Star, are so good with the kids, plus our 21-month old knows all but 3 letters of the alphabet so far because of them. They feed the kids fresh fruits and veggies from their own garden. My son is always happy when I drop him off and pick him up. We only pay $180 every week. ☺

It's in Highland, but my kids go here and they have wonderfull staff. It is also very affordable compared to anywhere else. Highland Congregational Day Care.

Trinity Episcopal Preschool has totally revamped their program, has openings and is extremely reasonable. ($515 for full-time 5 days a week) Go check them out!

Kerensa Faire Jones check with the Child Care Resource Center in San Bernardino. They assist with childcare costs. Depending on your income and family size they may be able to provide you with low or no cost childcare. It’s a really good program. My kiddos only go to childcare after school but idk what I’d do if I didn’t have the assistance from their program.
