Relaxing Touch in Yucaipa. You need hour and half, with stretching for first half hour. Mark is best, but Stephen is also good.

Rainbow chiropractic in Colton is really good. You go, talk with a chiropractor and then get an hour massage. All for $100, $50 with insurance.

Agree with a few others here; at Redlands Cryospa (near Citrus Plaza) Jacqueline Little is amazing. Very well priced, incredibly knowledgeable about pain and how the body works together, and pays great attention to how you want to be treated. She's worked with me and has helped with my chronic headaches and chronic neck/shoulder tension pain sooooo amazingly. Highly, highly recommend.
