Regenexx.com near Boulder is a leader in stem cells and provide an alternative to surgery. I have tried both and wish stem cell treatment would have been available when I needed extensive knee surgeries. Regenexx has a great book on orthopedics that is worth a read. Downside is their procedure is not covered by insurance.

Parlasca with Reno Orthopedic did good on my knee. Havent had any issues and they have a good rehibilitation center on site.
