here we go again Christine Hunter on this page. I was just trying to say that we all take what we like as individuals and which I also do with my coffee and tea bags but basics can be bought for minimal amount so no need to stress or worry about it before you go - did you mean to say that not everybody can stretch to buy what they need everyone can do whatever they want from personal experience the basics dont tend to cost much different to here.

I'm sure that loads of us also end up leaving stuff we haven't used - like salt, pepper, pasta, oil and washing liquid. It would be nice if it could be passed on - like donate to Paws and Claws and they could put together little 'Arrival Hampers' which you could buy which would be cheaper than buying it all out there and not as much hassle as carrying it with you. Just thinking aloud- probably breaks a million health and safety regs!

We have never had a bed meal in Pefkos. If you want cheap and cheerful for a snack in an evening rather than a big meal then it has to be Alexandra's (on the main road to the beach) for a Gyros. For us our favourites this year were Dama Dama, again on the beach road, Terpsis and Coliseum on the main road and La Piazza, opposite Pefkos by Night. I also wanted to go to Coralli but due to my Sciatica and limited movement we stayed in the main resort for the holiday. Highly recommend a trip to Lindos. Go early evening when most other day trippers will have gone and you can enjoy the village a little better and then stay for a meal in one of the rooftop restraunts. Dress code is casual everywhere so no need to pack "dressy" clothes and shoes unless you really want to. I am sure you will have an amazing holiday
Hi, Are there any self catering apartments in Pefkos that are equipped with a microwave and are also of a decent standard/star rating?
