I've had good luck with Blaylock plumbing. He is really nice and they are based in Richfield. They charge you for commute time as well (I didn't know this until I talked to him) so a local is best. He did a great job each time. Not cheap, but quality work, helpful and kind.

The Bf (Who Is A plumber, Just Doesn't Have lic For Mn, just Illinois 30+ yrs experience ) says it sounds like a vent problem and/or clog building up as well. We had that happen with our tub, it was clogging up and the toilet started to flush weird.

Try one of these drain snakes. Used it to clear a hair clog in my shower and it worked great. Takes a bit of getting used to but it will save you a ton of money.
