There is also Green Acres in Hubert. I'm not sure about prices or what they offer, I just see their sign on my street. My friends have been and say they're super nice.

Best affordable vet in the area to do Coggins and rabies. If know price post below as well please. Thank you!
Camry C. replied:
Dr. Mclawhorn is awesome. I'm not positive of the price right now but I know he's a lot cheaper.
Aubrey W. replied:
Bayshore Animal Hospital 615 College St. Jacksonville. Coggins $28, rabies $20
Felicia C. replied:
Eastern Equine from new bern also does them and barn calls. Barn call is 50 but if they have other barns in the area with appt she will split the call between barns. So ask for an appt when they are already in the area. Dr Emily is awesome. 252 571 2297

UC Davis Lab is one of the most affordable and consistent I have dealt with. They do just about everything
Katey D. replied:
I was also going to recommend UC Davis.
Robbie W. replied:
UC Davis, you can visit their website for details and pricing. Color tests are normally $25 per gene tested however they have package deals also if you want multiple genes checked. For diseases it depends on which ones, but most are about $40 per test. https://www.vgl.ucdavis.edu/services/horse.php
Any folks on here having a vet come out to pull coggins?? I need 2 mares done! Our farm is in Richlands/Beauille NC
Christy M. replied:
Dr.Earl with Buelaville vet Hospital..he charges no barn call just the cost of his gas. He can vaccinate and pull Coggins,he is great used him for years. I think he charges like 40 ish per coggins..
Elizabeth M. replied:
I love Dr. Martin, and continue to use him, but his farm calls have gotten ridiculous in price... and coggins took over 3 weeks to come back this year...:(
Kristy H. replied:
Julia Fisher Lane you can haul your horse to vet in Jville and they will pull coggins. I was going to do it earlier this month but was able to get Dr Martin out the next day so didn't have too.
Amylin T. replied:
You can also either trailer to DR Johnson's or he comes to you for $30 farm call. He is owner of Beulaville Animal Hospital.

Dr Ipock. She can come to you or you can haul to her. Institute Mobile Vet out of La Grange. She's excellent and, in my opinion, more thorough than Dr Martin.
Looking for a vet that I can either haul my horse to or that will come out to Richlands area to pull coggins on my horse
