Call appliances on lakeside. I think you’re in the right track, especially if you’d had a power outage or put a ton of stuff in at once recently. Air flows from freezer to fridge. I’m thinking ice dam or bad fan. If you’re industrious strip everything out of the fridge and then take of the bottom or back panel. Not sure on that model. And see what you see.
