Hi! Anyone have a vet in RVA that they trust for doggy dental cleanings under general anesthesia?
I've heard of Helping Hands, but I'm not as worried about the cost...

I used River City Vet on Broad to get my 4 year old dog's teeth cleaned. They did a pretty good job and his recovery went quickly and smoothly. It wasn't cheap though. Just a cleaning, no extractions or anything else needed and it was well over $400. And there was also still a lot of visible tarter on his teeth afterwards. They're an option if you can't find anyone better but don't recommend them if you can find someone more through and cheaper.
