Also, KoolSmiles dentists are NOT pediatric specialists. They end up sending their complicated cases or the ones that they start on and then realize it is too difficult for them to finish to VCU anyway.

They are a family practice, not just pediatric, but I always recommend Dr. Mark Freeman & Assoc. My hygienist Penny Williams is the most caring and gentle person. My kids LOVE her. It is great that my husband and I go there as well. We see Dr. Scott. Their office is very efficient and friendly.

We love Hanover Pediatric Dentistry! TV on the ceiling with anything they want to watch on Netflix for when they get their teeth cleaned, fun toothpaste flavors like birthday cake for cleanings, cleaning tools that look like different animals, coins for the toy quarter machines when they are done, balloons, bright colored facility (each room is a different color), and the dentists are great too!!
