The Clothes Rack (2) locations. The Cary & Mulberry st is the one I drop off things to is the closest. They have programs for women who need gently used clothes for job interviews etc. run by the Junior League of Richmond. https://www.jlrichmond.org/

Have you had a look at Leo Berry's gym near Richmond policy station? Not sure if they do fight training but they seem legit. Never been myself but did stick my head in one day.
