I went through this with my grandmother, then my grandfather, then my sister (nasty car accident), then my dad.. haha I have a bit of experience. I really like Ohio Heath's Home Care services. We used a few different ones and found this to be the best by far. We also used a few private individuals for home health care. If you'd like their names, I have one in particular that I'm always willing to recommend.

Oh my goodness why won't this lady's family take care of her? Finding home health care is a really great idea for this situation. There are websites you can look at to find local businesses like care.com and things of that nature. Typically these sites also have reviews directly available for you to read from past clients that way you can be sure you are hiring a trusted person. http://www.jfsathome.com/
