I went through this with my grandmother, then my grandfather, then my sister (nasty car accident), then my dad.. haha I have a bit of experience. I really like Ohio Heath's Home Care services. We used a few different ones and found this to be the best by far. We also used a few private individuals for home health care. If you'd like their names, I have one in particular that I'm always willing to recommend.

There are websites you can look at to find local businesses like care.com and things of that nature.
