You need to call the DRE in Sacramento and do a written complaint against the agent. They actually have a fund they can pull from. Google these: Real Estate Commissioner Sacramento . Department of Real Estate Sacramento There is also a local board of are Real Estate in Ridgecrest. The chamber should be able to tell you a phone number and who to speak to. Good Luck

I don't know of any personally but you can call the Women's Center. They help with filing domestic violence restraining orders and would probably be the be the most knowledgeable about local attorneys who handle domestic violence cases. (760) 371-1969
