Can anyone recommend a good dentist for me to take Mercy to? She's never been (long overdue I know) and I'm pretty sure she has a cavity. :(
I know this wont be a fun...
Debby K. replied:
That's who Aimee saw was Dr. Martin Teays Valley Ped. Dentistry
Adam G. replied:
Nathan Walls and his staff are amazing with kids, that's where we all go. I wouldn't take my dog to Myers!! Go with the hometown crew at Dr Walls office!
Leanne T. replied:
Hunt and Motes.
Debby K. replied:
Hunt and Motes is awesome also
Hannah-Janet K. replied:
Dr Wilson in Parkersburg

Vance F. replied:
Nathan Walls.
Marie S. replied:
I agree with Aimee Mullinex - don't take her to Dawn Myers.
Dick S. replied:
Teresa, I don't know if Dr Walls take kids or not but he is a great dentist. He is at the old fire station in Ripley.
Bertha C. replied:
Dawn Myers is supposedly for children!
Teresa W. replied:
I just looked up Dr Wilkirson online and saw Tamara Watts Skeen picture! I didn't know where Tamara worked.
Tamara S. replied:
Dr Wilkerson is excellent with children and has a friendly staff. They explain everything to the children as they go. Dr Patrick Martin in Teays Valley is great also. Hollie went there when she was little. Good luck, Teresa!
Aimee M. replied:
Do not to to Dawn Myers, she is horrible for kids, my kids all cried last time I took them there, Dr Tom is awesome, thats who I switched my kids to.....Nathan Walls is good for teens but not sure if he sees lil ones
i have a wisdom tooth coming in sideways and killing my jaw any recommendations on dentist/oral surgeon i dont have dental insuarance so its all me meaning another big...
Ginny P. replied:
Dr Vargo in charleston is good. Idk about insurance and payments... How do h know your wisdom teeth r sideways? You might need a referral to see him. Dentists can only refer you, they won't take out your wisdom teeth. Good luck! Hope that helps
Tanya A. replied:
Dr. Lane...he is the best. I've been to several dentists and he is by far the one I would go to.
Zena C. replied:
No disrespect Tanya Asleson. Do not go to Gibson in Elk. The prices are cheap but the reprocussions from cost-cutter dentistry is not worth it. My husband has now spent over 3000 and horrible pain do to Bills work:*( though I will say the staff is nice, just the actual dentistry work is horrible. We now got to Charleston Dental Assoc. So far very good. I am sure you can talk to them about a dental paying plan or apply for CareCredit for emergencies.
Brandi P. replied:
Sokolovsky & Weaver did mine in October. They do allow you to make payments, but you have to pay a $300 or 350 down payment when you go in for the surgery. You also have to see a dentist first and have xrays and a referral.
