Dr. Israelson! He's in Logan. Midnight (the one I rode down to your place) had a back issue no one could figure out. Took her to him and after one adjustment she wasn't in any pain. Turns out she'd popped her hip out of place and was overcompensating for it everywhere else.

Call Valley vet in Richmond 435-258-2484. There is a huge trained horse chiropractor that use to work out of there a year ago. I used him. He was very good. He work there like 1 or 2 days out of the month there.

Laws are consistent for massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, and acupuncture that you first have to be licensed in the human field, then be trained/certified to do the work on animals, and on top of it all have a vet referral.
