Do not use Mitch Dalton of PRS roofing! Came out to inspect during our escrow period, then left us hanging. Ignored my agent's calls, accidentally answered mine and lied about giving us the estimate that evening. He then ignored my number. Haven't heard from him since. Don't use if you need anything for guarantees or paperwork!
