oh, and when he did our water heater he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and he even pulled the permit for the gas (our heater is gas and it is required you pull the permit. but many don't). 813-672-0511

Just FYI - there is no "Handyman" License in Florida. It's just the $30 or so to be licensed as a business - the same as a florist, daycare, etc. - anyone who owns a business.
