If all else fails, Wade at Northeast Autos in Ferndale is the most trustworthy mechanic Id ever known. Took my van in because my trans was slipping, thinking Id need a rebuild. He says it was a $50 sensor, problem solved. He could have lied and said I need a new trans. Far from Rochester? Yes. Worth the trip in saving from getting raped at a shop nearby? Definitely!
