We're planning a trip right through Disney.com. They walk you through everything step-by-step. Also, If you book airfare through them they have it delivered to your room instead of waiting to collect it at the airport which is nice. I'm not sure what the cost of a travel agent will be but it might be worth saving yourself the extra couple bucks and at least seeing if you can do it through the website.
