Facebook Friends..need some simple advice. I have never booked a hotel online...can anyone recommend a good site to book off of?
Tammy L. replied:
I have had good luck with Hotels.com and Expedia. Sometimes if you go right to the hotel itself you get a better deal. Also, did you know that if you pay cash at check in and ask for a discount, most hotels will give you at least 10% off.
Katie O. replied:
I like hotels.com

Omg! Where have you been?? I use trip advisor for reviews as well as hotels.com. Also have used Expedia. I generally end up booking in the hotel's site but research on the others.
Charlene V. replied:
travelzoo.com, it will lead you to other paths, but reliable

I book directly through holiday inn main site most if the time. Www.ihg.com I like free bkfst at hi express n online rates are guaranteed cheapest at their own site. I've used Expedia n Priceline as well.
Hello. We are looking for a hotel that welcomes our dogs. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you in advance.
Mike M. replied:
Most Starwood Hotels (Sheraton, Aloft, Westin & W Hotels) welcome our dogs all the time! www.spg.com

Pets Welcome is a good website for this kind of stuff. If you're traveling you can even put in your route and it will show pet friendly motels along the way. http://www.petswelcome.com

Hi Ray! I'm also running Boston and have been searching out hotel locations.. it seems that some popular ones are in the Copley Square area but there is not much available. I would make a reservation now on hotels.com or some other site.. just to make sure you find something. I've got a tentative reservation in the Seaport area but might cancel bc now all 4 of my kids want to come and I'm gonna need a bigger room. Congrats on qualifying! :)
