I went to Dr. Bruce ' office and he is not accepting new patients. I did take his intro package, however. The receptionist said she would put it on his desk and it may take as long as three months to become a client. I truly appreciate all of the suggestions but, I am back to square one presently. Are there any other recommendations out there for a good reliable GP?

Both my husband & I see Dr Bruce and highly recommend him & his staff. We're both retired & have lot's of old-folks medical issues. Dr Bruce is up to date on the latest procedures as well as many of the holistic paths that I prefer.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kight in Port Aransas! My son and I have been seeing him and couldn't be happier after the horrible experiences we had in Rockport. Texas Dental Oasis Christina is very helpful and the dentist & staff are terrific!

My son is mentally disabled and wouldn't even go to the dentist for four years... Dr. Kight Texas Dental Oasis has worked with him so well that I can go next door for a pedicure during his visits!! Please give them a call 361-749-1992. They are a small practice with a location in Port Aransas & Corpus Christi and are very reasonable, compassionate and just really good people!@Lisa Stalder Mikolas

Dr Mary Fischer in ap is awesome. My son had to have a bunch of work and was very nervous. She was very patient with him and knew when enough was enough instead of continuing to work on him because it needed to be done. I highly recommend her for both adults and children.

Dr Mills caused me to need thousands of dollars of dental repairs because he didn't fill any of my teeth correctly. I have so many complaints. He used to be great but idk what happened. I recommend Rockport Dental!:)

Dr Mills is doing great again. He had a minor set back 2-3 years ago. He's doing very good again.

I use Schultz for the kids dentist. My family doc Lee Sang in Portland has a waiting list but I believe his partner Soler is accepting new patients. I got tired of waiting 4+ hours to see the doc for the pedi so we go to goliad for that. Yes, 4+ hours WITH an appointment. Aynn Upton in corpus is the best optometrist I've ever been to. You get great service, reasonable prices and get it right at your appointment time. You didn't mention but ob/gyn, Noe Lira in corpus is excellent - he handles complex surgeries and high-risk as well as easy pregnancies and well-woman care.

Dr Almouie in Portland is a great pediatrician. I've herd mixed things of apostle and honestly my niece has been with him for 10 years and he's never helped other than push anti biotics. In my opinion she should of seen an ent a long time ago. Dr. Almouie has been my sons doc since birth and if he thinks something else is going on right away he sends him to a specialist . They make sure he's okay . I've even called at 2 am and they called me back right away ! When my son had a seizure they kept calling me to make sure he was okay and when we went back for a follow up all the nurses were so caring. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. I agree with obgyn dr. Lira is really good! ...we use bishop in cc for vision. My son has bad vision and he's really good! Hope this helps you.

Dr. Newberry comes to Rockport om

I know some swear by Apostole here in Rockport, I don't appreciate waiting forever to be seen - I can understand 10, maybe 20 minutes...anything more than that is irritating. I felt like it was a cattle herd care, I felt like I wasn't listened to and questions were unanswered so I deem that as substandard care. Lira (the gyn's brother) I've waited up to 4 hours, they take walk-ins but I firmly believe appointments should be seen first unless it's an absolute emergency. Sorry, a kid with the sniffles that's a walk-in shouldn't be seen before mine with an appointment. The urgent care in Portland is great if they take your insurance. To me paying out of pocket would have been preferable to going to the Driscoll urgent care in corpus. Waited 11 hours to get a prescription because Lira pedi office refused to see us because they were too busy, advised to go to the ER! My kid need a script for a minor cut (no stitches) on a Friday afternoon. Driscoll hospital is excellent but because so many people treat it like a regular pedi office expect to wait forever to be seen.

Love Dr Apostle. My experience for the past 4 years has been just the opposite!

Dr. Shultz for dental, Dr. Martini for eyes in Aransas Pass, Dr. Giovanni or Dr. Marr for family needs and Dr. Apostle for my little one.

The Rockport Vision center in Wal-mart. Mitch is a great eye doc. Also depends on what insurance offices take. Ingleside dentistry with Doc Tim Hill is wonderful!

Dr. Apostle does have a wait a times but I feel he takes the time to listen to ALL my concerns as a mother as well as my child's who is currently 17. I never feel rushed in his office but do not like the wait that does occur on occasion. As for dentist Dr. Mills is really good. I don't have any dr.s for myself due to no insurance so can't really help you there.

I use Dr. Borth in Corpus on Staples. I really like him, and he is great with kids or adults!

I go to Dr. Cuellar in Portland. Love him! I was up all nite one night with tooth pain, called them when they opened and he had me come in ASAP and took care of it for me. The staff is super friendly too!

Jimmy or Jennifer Duncan are great...they have separate offices now due to a divorce...but both are great

Try Portland dental, we went today my husband is very sensitive and they really made him feel really good . My 4 year old SPD son also love them so that's saying allot ;)

Rockport dental. Due to insurance had to switch to mary and Didn't like the way Mary Fischer has her office set up. It felt unsanatized and both my son and daughter had bad vibes. We went back to Rockport dental.
