Dr. Hall tried to tell me that my child was bipolar and to have him tested.... So I took him to Dr. Otero, who I have worked with for years before, and he didn't think he had any of the signs of Bipolar disorder.... Needless to say, I didn't take him back to Dr. Hall.

Dr House is not a great pick.know from experience with my daughter. I used southwest mental health and was very pleased

I recommend Southwest Arkansas Counseling Mental Health Center 2904 Arkansas Boulevard (870) 773-4655 (870) 774-1315. You can always get a second evaluation there and/or opinion but if both places tell you the same thing then it is probably going to be necessary. Mental health professionals won't usually recommend hospitalization unless the situation is so extreme that counseling, medications, and all else has failed. The behavioral problems can be treated through intense counseling and life changes but he may need to be on a different medication for the chemical imbalance. Hospitalization would provide him with a more complete physical and mental health evaluation and doctors and nurses would be able to monitor him on different meds until they find something that works. It's a tough decision as a parent but you have to consider every option possible to get him the right help.

For all you ladies having trouble with children. I myself have a 9 year old son who has been diagnosed with mood disorder and severe ADHD. It had gotten to the point he had been on meds since he was 4 and ended up being sent to vista for a four day inpatient stay and when he come home it was absolutely horrible. Words can't say how bad they has my baby messed up. So as his mother and being a nurse I started my research and after about a week I found someone who introduced me to AdvoCare spark. Yes it is used in adults for energy and vitamins but given to ADHD children gives them the ability to focus and pay attention and also decreases the mood outburst drastically. My son went from taking three meds a day to drinking an all natural spark drink on the way to school every day and at lunch and he has been off all meds for five months now. He has improved and is functioning like a normal child it is awesome. Listed below is the website you can order spark from if you are willing try it and get those kiddos off of all those harmful meds. http://www.advocare.com/140257674
