In Rogers Kids Studio is fantastic! Some of my friends are in Bentonville and love Stepping Stones Children Academy. It's a big decision so hope this helps

There is a place on SE Walton Blvd by horseshoe bend it has been awhile since I've been to NW Arkansas but I think it is called Go Performance & Fitness. I know when it was brand new they had childcare w cameras that you could view from any of the cardio equipment
