Brian French at Blacklist Ink, He rocks!!!! His mom works at the Vinita walmart. Marissa Anderson probably remembers her....Ruthie M. Garrett. You can check out his page, or see his work in person if you go to the Vinita walmart. A lot of the employees have had art done by Brian. He did one for me when I lived in Oklahoma.
