Heather M Vaughn- not all of the caregivers are so young! Those are mostly college kids working for the summer. The girl in the one year old room has worked there since last summer and actually has a lot of experience! She's amazing! They are currently hiring and the director is very adamant about hiring people with at least 5 years' experience to work with the littles. My mother-in-law may be going to work in the one year old room. She currently works in the baby room- and let me tell ya, she has raised 5 sons! LOL As for the playground, they don't turn the kids loose in that huge space. They stay with them and keep a very close eye on them. If I didn't trust them, my daughter wouldn't go there. I hope you'll go back for a second visit and discuss your concerns with Dawn, our director. She is very open minded and will gladly address them.:)
