Speaking of Robinson hospital they will never see me or anyone of my family members again I almost lost my mom last week Saturday after she had been there 2 weeks already. My mom is diabetic and is insulin dependent they didn't give her insulin they left her lying in excruciating pain and vomiting she asked for meds 5 hours later still no meds they didn't even bath her I had to bath her she hadn't eaten in 4 days and there was no diagnosis. Eventually they said due to a diabetic infection in the leg she had kidney failure! I feared for my mother's life her oxygen level was 4% and they didn't do anything I had her transfered to linksfeild clinic and my mom is doing so much better the care makes the difference

I had 4 operations at Pinehaven Hospitaal, last one 13 January 2017. Everything perfect in surgical ward. Staff, food, treatment, physiotherapy no problem and th most fantastic Orthopaedic Surgeon! !!!!!

My experience with Pinehaven casualty- PATHETIC! My son broke his finger on boxing day. Had xrays done. Was told it's just a nerve and will be fine in 12 hours. Got strapped and we left. Not even on Hendrik Potgieter we got phoned to come back, it's dislocated. When we got there someone realised it might be broken. 3 diagnosis in 30 min??? Something we knew from the start. Been to Kdp Private and Robinson in past week. No complaints!!!

We also had a bad experience at Pinehaven hospital last December. I would DEFINATELY not ever go back their again. Amongst other things, they did nothing about my daughters temperature of 39.8 degrees until I lost my temper. They left the drip dripping blood until I again lost my temper. I have sent a letter of complaint to the Hospital admin..2 months later..still no response.
